That plastic, and other materials, are part of a trauma kit made possible through generous donations of just $250 or $20 a month - less than most of us spend on coffee. Be part of the good. The Newport News Police Foundation is a IRS recognized 501c3 nonprofit organization, led by an all volunteer board of directors. 100% of the proceeds go to the Newport News Police Department. The Newport News Police Foundation is the only charity authorized to raise funds on behalf of the Newport News Police Department.
